All standard fittings are (unless specified) good quality white plastic (either MK or British General)

Consumer units are Hager or Wylex as standard.

Sockets

Double recessed white Switched Sockets

1. One to four = £55.00 each

2. Five plus = £50.00 each.

3. Relocating sockets (as above).

4. Chrome and brass add 20% to above.

5. S/Steel add 30% to above.

Surface mount white Sockets with white plastic trunking.

1. One to four = £45.00 each.

2. Five plus = £40.00 each.

Light Fittings

1. White plastic rose and pendant = £35.00.

2. White plastic single light switch = £35.00

3. Customer supplied light fitting = £35.00.

4. Dimmers (standard 1 gang) = £50.00

Ceiling Fans

1. Fitting customer supplied fan = £62.50

2. White plastic switch = £35.00.

Wall Heaters

1. Fitting of customer supplied convection wall heaters = £60.00 each. (incl fused spur).

Fused Spurs

1. Standard fused spur (switched or unswitched) = £50.00

2. Spur with RCD protection = £75.00

Communications

1. Fitting of secondary phone points = £40.00 each

2. Fitting of coaxial (TV) sockets = £40.00 each.

3. Coaxial cable = £0.60 per metre.

4. RJ45 Cat. 5 data/network connection point = £40.00

Consumer units

1. Fitting of primary consumer units = P.O.A (subject to full electrical survey)

2. Fitting of secondary consumer units( e.g for shower or outside building connection) = £85 (includes consumer unit, RCD and 1 x MCB)
